Terms of Use
Last updated: May 23, 2026
By using EVM Wallet (the "Software") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
Experimental software, no warranty
The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Use at your own risk and do not store amounts you cannot afford to lose.
You are your own custodian
You are solely responsible for: backing up your seed phrase and private keys; choosing and remembering your password; verifying every transaction before signing; and the addresses, amounts, and contracts you interact with. We cannot reverse a transaction, recover a lost password, or restore lost keys.
Not advice
Nothing in the Software or its documentation constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for your own decisions.
Compliance
You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including sanctions, anti-money-laundering, and tax-reporting obligations in your jurisdiction. Do not use the Software where prohibited.
Third-party networks
The Software broadcasts transactions to public blockchains (Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Base) via public RPC providers. We do not operate those networks or providers and are not responsible for outages, censorship, reorganizations, or fees.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the authors and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Software, including loss of funds.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
